Dutch Treat is an Indica-Dominant hybrid that was bread in the Pacific Northwest but gained popularity in the famous weed cafes of Amsterdam. Not to be confused with the common practice of splitting the bill when going out for food this strain is not one you’ll want to be sharing.

The strain is thought to be originally from Jordan of the Islands who is an experienced and prolific strain breeder from the Vancouver Island, in British Columbia Canada. This strain is thought to be the result of crossing the popular Northern Lights strain and Haze, but we don’t know for sure as know one’s been able to keep it around long enough to do some advanced testing. The buds themselves are tapered and rounded, with soft wispy leaves that aren’t densely packed as some strains are. The strain doesn’t bring a particularly potent aroma but it’s pleasant nonetheless. Tokers report a cedar/pine scent with a accent of sweet citrus. It’s a smooth smoke that brings out more of the pine taste along with an herbal richness.

Dutch treat is a fast acting strain, rushing headlong at you with euphoria.
